First Transnational Meeting

Location: CECOWORKING, Avenida del Gran Capitán, Córdoba, Spain
The initial transnational meeting of the MAP4N project focused on evaluating the initial chapters of the toolkit with contributions from all partners. Key outcomes included setting deadlines for the completion and translation of the toolkit into various native languages by the partners. The meeting also determined mobility dates for NEETs’ training activities in Cordoba and Istanbul, led by ACB and YTU respectively. Additionally, partners discussed the preliminary design of the Digital Entrepreneurship Game and set deadlines for related project management activities.
Second Transnational Meeting
Date: April 17, 2024
Location: Yıldız Technical University, Istanbul, Turkey
During the second transnational meeting, the focus was on the evaluation of the Digital Entrepreneurship Game, with discussions on game mechanics and user engagement strategies. A competition date for the game was set to further integrate it into the project’s learning activities. Dissemination strategies were also reviewed, ensuring each partner’s commitment to promoting the project through various channels. The meeting concluded with a lunch hosted by Yıldız Technical University, marking a halfway milestone in the project’s timeline.
Third Transnational Meeting
Date: November 21, 2024
Location: Forest Sciences and Technology Centre of Catalonia, Solsona, Spain
The third transnational meeting took place in Solsona, focusing on dissemination strategies and the progress of the Digital MAPs Entrepreneurship Games. Key discussions included the design and distribution of promotional materials such as rollups and the engagement of local media. The meeting also reviewed administrative tasks such as timesheet tracking and the preparation of dissemination reports. A visit to a local MAPs demonstration crop field provided practical insights into the application of learned techniques.
